Update 6/2

The final phases of our upcoming move into our new location within the AC Hotel at 727 E. Market St. has necessitated our closure at 800 S. 4th St. We hope to reopen for online ordering and curbside carryout on Tuesday, June 9th. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19 Update 5/21

As we reflect on the past few months we want to take the time to say thank you for your on-going support. We look towards the future with a renewed sense of optimism and cannot help but be reminded of the sacrifices everyone has made over the past few months.

Our team members, managers, and operation teams have been able to pivot quickly with changes that have seemed to come daily. We have expanded on our already thorough cleaning standards, implemented new health and safety policies and procedures, and rolled out new product offerings. Most importantly during this time we have done our best to protect the health of our team members and guests. There was unfortunately no playbook available for dealing with a pandemic, but our teams have embraced flexibility and have continued to work on optimizing the experience.

Over the past few months the messages of support, the offerings of help, the increased gratuities, and the grace you have shown adapting to this new reality have made our days brighter and restored our faith that there will be better days ahead.  

We could not be more excited and anxious to welcome everyone into our new dining room, unfortunately with this anxiety comes the reality that we are all still facing this pandemic. It is with that knowledge and the reality of the communal nature of our dining rooms and the previous volume of guests we once enjoyed we are going to be cautious moving forward. It is important that we continue to protect the health of our team members and guests as we work towards a return to normal.

Welcoming our guests inside of our new restaurant space is something we hope to do again very soon, but for the time being we’re focused on maintaining contactless service between our team members and our guests in our current location at 800 S. 4th Street in the base of the 800 Tower. We are continuously focused on improving the efficiency and accuracy of our curbside takeout offerings. We are working within a new reality and we greatly appreciate the understanding you have shown during these difficult times.

We appreciate your patience, resolve, and the sacrifices you have made, and continue to make, as we get through this together.
